Each prefilled PHANTOM HD Tank Cartridge is equivalent of 20 regular tobacco cigarettes.

The PHANTOM HD kit comes with two long-lasting 750mAh batteries and each one has the capacity for 800 puffs. The batteries in the starter kit also have an LCD window that counts the number of puffs and also offers battery charging information.

As an option a 1300mAh battery with front USB pass-through feature is also available for sale. This extends the capacity of the battery to 1500 puffs and allows Phantom electronic cigarette to be used while it is charging.

The PHANTOM HD produces a large amount of vapor and has an extremely smooth draw!

warranty is not good buyer has to pay shipping on items sent that are defective.

The replacement items are shipped free of charge, but the return of defective part is on you. You can use regular US Postal service, it will not cost you more then $3.00

I'm a proud owner of the Phantom e cig and will stop using the clearomizers and try the unit with all its normal hardware and see how it does on straight VG. I am so glad someone asked a question and the tech support answered them on the feedback page. Some of us tend to let our vaping units get too hot and then wonder why we've got leakage etc. I have to use all VG as I'm allergic to PG and so far so good. I may have to replace an atomizer sooner, do not know at this point but if I do, I've got spare. If there were any advice I'd leave here it would be to always have extra atomizers , some good carts be it boge or be they tanks. I'm a happy camper to be sure and plan on stock piling various things I can use with my units. LOVE this e cig. Would I buy it again? HECK yeah.

I just gifted my sister one of these and she is positively hands down sold on this. She believes in no time she will quit smoking....has NOT had an analog since I gave her this on Christmas eve and I chose vanilla...I find that vanilla does make a difference , did to me anyway. So she is without a pc and wanted to give a 5 star review, plans to call me with her ccard info to order more product...excellent. I could NOT be happier.

I have to give it that because of people who are giving out such great reviews. at least now I know what the diff is between one and two...I asked if all vg e juice could be used and was told 'yes, this is designed to work with all liquids'...so there you go if you are pg allergic. Hope your winning streak rubs off on me. My whole Christmas gifting would be DONE. LOL
I was going to get the first model but if the second comes with more atomizers then I'm rethinking and will opt for the newer model.

Amazing product. I switched to the phantom and have never looked back. No more bad breath and smelly clothes but I still get to enjoy the pleasurable side of smoking! I have had a few problems with batteries and burners but E-puffer is always there to help. I live in Canada and my orders arrive in one day! Don't hesitate, change your life and order one now!

I to had the "leak" issue thanks to the post here and the reply from Epuffer Support team...i no longer have it! Easy fix. Thanks guys...once again :-) If you ever have a problem just call them or email. You'll get it fixed yesterday! Myself, being relatively new to the vaping scene, they have been stunningly helpful to me at every step!

great bit of info there. That explains why many tank systems do leak. I figured that one out the hard and expensive way...my next e cig will the the 1300 mah . Why fool around if you know you'll need a good system vs one that may or may not work when you need them to. I've met people who use the phantom and they love them.

If you smoke heavily, this is for you.
Pros:
- strong hit of nicotine
- long battery life.

Cons:
- cartridges do leak if used more than once after it is punctured.
- you must press the button to get nicotene.

If you buy it, order an additional bottle of liquid and extra empty cartridges.
Overall... 4 out of 5.

Feedback from ePuffer Support Team: The cartridge will not leak if properly used. Do not plug the cartridge, while atomizer is still hot. Let it cool down for atleast 5 minutes, and then it can be plugged.
