I love SNAPS E-CIG PREMIUM TOBACCO CARTS 5-PACK 2.00 but they are never in stock. will u be getting these any time soon

The Premium flavor along my first experience with your e-cig cartridges from e-puffer was very pleasant. It arrived timely and met all expectations (feels close to smoking).

That said, I do have a question: Can you provide similar cartridges but with a higher vg ratio (instead of pg)? I noticed the Valerian is 50/50 and a few juices on clearance have a higher pg but that's it. And there aren't carts to support those. I'd hate to take business elsewhere for this alternative.

Customer Service Reply: Thank you for your feedback. The heating element in SNAPS cartridges is not designed for higher VG eliquids. If you prefer higher VG ratio, please check out our Xpod (VG 50) and Titan X (0.4 coils VG 50-80) models.

This is just a follow up of my review for 5 pk. premium carts. I was told that my epack was 2 years old so that could be my problem with vape quality of carts not my batteries or carts!I am not sure because I am not going to purchase 2 more epacks to find out!I am going to stick with my Epipe! But epuffer customer service has always been great!!!

I dont know if it was these cartridges that changed or i got bad batteries all purchased at the same time!The cartridges dont vape like they use to!

Why is everything out of stock? There consistently has been availability issues with the cartridges for snaps. Over the last couple months it has gotten worse where there is literally nothing available. Are you going out of business? Discontinuing?

I absolutely love all of Epuffer’s Tobacco flavors. They are all the best tobacco flavors I’ve ever vaped over the years. If you are particularly trying to get off of cigs, there is no doubt that all of these tobacco flavors will NOT let you down.

Great snap flavor except they are always sold out! They've been sold out for a month now, what's the deal with that?
Can anyone recommend a good substitute?

Thank you for your valuable feedback. We just finished a production of a new batch of Premium Tobacco SNAPS cartomizers and it will be available for purchase in 7-9 business days.
